A Dog4U alumna, Daisy, is raising funds by having her mom run in the Boston Athletic Association’s 5k. Daisy was just an hour away from being euthanized at a high kill shelter in North Carolina when a Dog4U foster intervened.

Rumbler the strutting turkey is only 2 years old, rescued from almost certain slaughter, a few weeks before Thanksgiving 2015. In late Jan. 2017, Rumbler developed a serious illness that left him unable to strut, much less stand or walk.
