Nearside Arts Society is relaunching the historic KSA Metals Studio in Nelson BC—preserving blacksmithing, bronze casting, and hands-on craft education through community-driven workshops, studio access, and shared learning. Help us keep the fires burning.

We aim to Protect Ancient Temperate Rainforests on the west coast of Turtle islands. Seeking out the common ground and braiding indigenous law, natural law and colonial law into our work of Protecting these Ancient Forests.

To conserve and spread awareness of the River boat traditions, Dhrupad and River Dolphins of Punjab , we have made documentary film Beda Yatra. We are fundraising to disseminate and distribute this film far and wide. Kindly support us by your contribution

Bootstrap is a project hosted at Community Initiatives, which provides evidence-based professional learning, curricula, materials and software for K-12 teachers that allow schools to integrate CS, DS, and AI into mainstream classes.

In December 2021, professor Frances Widdowson was fired from Mount Royal University for questioning "woke" ideas. Widdowson's union is taking her case to arbitration, but expertise and exposure are needed to fight for academic freedom and oppose woke-ism.
