Well4Ward is a housing reform initiative focused on raising funds and providing start up and ongoing support for a new model of co-operative housing.
The goal is to get people and communities direct ownership of their homes, and help them set up what they need to maintain it.
These distrubuted and interconnected co-operatives form the foundation for community investment and rebuilding a human centered society.
But to get this launched, we need some help covering the legal and start up costs. We've set a goal of $3000, this will cover the cost of a lawyer who specializes in the types of bylaws we will need to protect the integrity of our new start up and set us up for successful growth.
If we raise more than that, it will go to the costs of developing online infrastructure to support this initiative - a fully featured website and community network.
