Hello friends!
First, we want to offer our sincere thanks for your generous
participation in our first crowdfunded book drive, Books for All
Ages, Stories for All Time. Because of you, Community Libraries of
Providence now has nearly $14,000 to purchase new books, in a
variety of formats, for all of your neighborhood libraries in 2025!
We didn't make our ambitious goal of $25,000 this time around, but we
learned a lot from the experience, and thanks to your generosity, our
library users will enjoy a significant amount of new reading materials
in 2025. You really made a difference!
For those of you who selected perks as part of your pledge:We’ll keep in touch with you as we have these
items produced, and will let you know when we have a timeline for
when they will be available.
For those of you who donated before perks were available: We’ll be following up with you to offer you the perk associated
with your donation level. For example, if you donated $15, you’ll be
eligible to receive a bookmark, and so forth.
For those of you who selected a bookplate: Watch for an email with information about when you’ll be able
to come in, personalize your bookplate, and select a book to place
it in.
Our deepest gratitude, once again, for making this campaign a
success. We are especially delighted to see how many of you are
