Most youth who leave foster care don't have anyone to celebrate their birthday with! That's where we all come in to make them feel thought about and special. Just like they deserve.

Most teens who leave care do not have and have NEVER had a bed of their very own. One that will never be taken away from them. Lets make that happen for our youth, together!

Youth need to know their rights, responsibilities, the law, about credit, eviction prevention and more! We help educate these young folks with everything they need to be the tenant that landlords are looking for!

Teens leaving care often don't have the means or support to physically move their belongings. We do that!

Our support never ends and we will never close a young persons file. If they need us to guide them in 6 months or 6 years, we will be there for them.
