I rescued Maya two years ago, she has been dumped in a rubbish in the streets of Bali.
When I saw her we had this instant very deep connection, she knew she could trust me and we both fell in love with each other. We have been together since, I’m always taking her with me wherever I go. 


My visa is expiring is May and it will be time for me to go back to Europe. I , therefore, started to contact any companies that is in charge of repatriate pet’s out of the island. Unfortunately the process is very difficult,long and expensive as Bali doesn’t officially allow any animals in / out. 

 

Below the message I’ve got from the company :


The cost for bringing 01 Small-Medium sized Local Bali Dog from Bali to France (via Jakarta) as Accompanied Baggage (the dog will be flying as the same flight with the owner/relative)

 

*IDR 48.000.000,-* ( 3072 USD )
Includes:
- Private car transport from Bali to Jakarta
- Exportation permit
- Animal Health Certificate 
- International Health Certificate 
- Quarantine Health Certificate  
- IATA approved small-medium size
- New document registration with Jakarta Veterinarian 
- Microchip (free)
- EU approved Rabies Blood Titer Test
Exclude:
- Passenger Flight ticket from Jakarta to France 
- Excess baggage fees for your cat from Jakarta to France
The process has to start ASAP as it takes usually around 3 months to get everything sorted. 

The problem is, I currently don’t have a consistent job that would allow me to cover the fees for her journey that are much more than I expected ( 3072USD) and it would really break my heart to have to leave her here all alone. I promised myself that I would do anything in my powers to make it work and take her home with me. 

By supporting that cause you’ll help against the aggravation of the street dogs situation in Bali that really became a problem over the years and is largely ignored by the island’s government. 
You will also be the heroes of that beautiful love story by permitting us to stay together.
