Created and signed by John Oswald, "Four Editors Edited" is part of a series of prints and time-based video works in which Oswald has combined images of individuals, each taken separately. The still images, such as the one shown here, present groupings of people who never shared a room together; but in this case, they share the past, present, and future of Musicworks. The four editors pictured are Micheline Roi, Gayle Young, Tina Pearson, and John Oswald. The second portrait, which is intimately related to the one depicted here, and identically framed, is currently wrapped in plain brown paper, and will only be revealed at the will of the buyer. Two framed C-prints, 12” x 12”.
