One of the first things the students will learn how to do with their computers is reach out to the world. Brandon Ferdig is an avid blogger and will teach the students how to build and update their own school blog. As a $25 donor, you will be sent these creations, be privy to their lives at school, and witness to their computer and language growth.

Along with the $25 perk, $100 donors will get to start an email correspondence with one of our eager students. This one-on-one connection will provide you a chance to build a friendship you'll never forget. For the student, you will serve as an meaningful connection to a world outside of theirs.

A $200 donation will offer you the $25 perk plus a DVD showcasing the contribution the computers make to these students.

The nearest large city--Iringa--is known for their handmade baskets. (They were featured in Vogue.) We will send you an authentic Iringa basket for your donation at this level. You will also be awarded the $25 perk.

Up your involvement by coming to Africa! Many tourists come for the safaris, but few have the chance to experience something as culturally intimate as visiting a rural school. Come see how your donation was used. We'd love to show you! A local school representative will pick you up at Julius Nyerere International Airport in the capital, Dar es Salaam. They will escort you to Magulilwa and give you a tour of the village and school. Get to know our students, and they can thank you in person. We'll provide meals and housing. After two days in the village, you'll get that safari when we head to Ruaha national park--all expenses paid. This is a unique opportunity to not just visit Africa, but to get to know this land via our Swahili-speaking guide and by accessing the local culture of Tanzanians. Redeem this perk by 2018.
