During this public health crisis, CBW has been here to help! In addition to providing virtual, on-line bike classes for students so that they can still earn bikes, Bike Works families who needs help accessing food or other resources, have been able to get help by calling CBW.

Bike mentoring keeps spinning through COVID-19, and so do we.
Community Bike Works teaches life lessons through bicycles to the young people of Allentown and the Lehigh Valley who could benefit most. Through the Earn a Bike and Junior Earn a Bike programs, Bike Works connects students with mentors and lessons in bike mechanics and safety. At the end of the program, students earn their bike and a helmet, and are invited to take part in our afterschool and summer enrichment programs. This year's Spin-a-Thon will take place virtually over 25 days! From September 20 to October 14, we're going to earn our miles wherever and whenever we please to raise money for bike mentoring programs.
