(IBB 2 club) was Created Design, and is being Developed as a Community
Base Organization Dedicated to Build or Rebuild Communities by giving
those youths 8-17 years of age something to do within their own
communities, that is to pass out environmental safe grocery bags in
exchange for plastics as an effort to help clean up our environment
while giving our youths something to do during the months of
June-September each year. The purpose of passing out cloth bags is
because of the recent band on plastics bags by The State of California
which goes into effect June 2015. Will You Be Ready with Your Cloth Bags
