About Norwich B Condominium Association

Norwich B is a small, self-managed 55+ condominium community of 24 homes in West Palm Beach, Florida. We're a tight-knit group of neighbors — mostly retirees living on fixed incomes — who look out for one another and take pride in keeping our community safe, clean, and welcoming.

As a resident-run association, we don't have the deep budgets of a large management company. Everything we do is funded by the modest monthly contributions of our owners and managed by a volunteer Board made up of residents themselves. That keeps our costs down and our community personal, but it also means a single major emergency can stretch us well past what our reserves can handle.

Our mission is simple: to maintain a dignified, affordable, and secure home for older adults in our community. We handle the everyday work of running the building — maintenance, landscaping, vendor coordination, and financial stewardship — so our neighbors can age in place with peace of mind. When unexpected emergencies arise, like the failure of our main sewage line, we turn to our wider community for the support we can't generate alone.

Every contribution, large or small, helps us protect the homes and wellbeing of the people who live here.
