LiFT Academy, (Learning Independence For Tomorrow) is a not-for-profit educational organization, (K-12) focused on serving children with neurodiversities such as autism, Asperger's, Down Syndrome, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and developmental delays. We also offer a LiFT University transition program for young adults. LiFT provides challenging academics and social skills development so our students can be work towards successful independence.
