As a special thank-you to contributors supporting our Ukrainian Bouvier evacuation and breed preservation initiative, we are offering four levels of contributor rewards , providing exclusive discounts toward the purchase of a HOUSE OF BOUVS Bouvier des Flandres puppy during 2027 or 2028.

These rewards recognize your generosity while helping us continue our commitment to responsible breeding, exceptional temperament, and the preservation of distinguished international bloodlines.

🎟️ HOW YOUR REWARD TICKET WORKS

Your donation receipt serves as your official HOUSE OF BOUVS Contributor Reward Ticket .

There is no physical ticket to purchase, print, or redeem.

To qualify:

1. Make a qualifying contribution through our official FundRazr campaign.

2. Save your original donation receipt showing your full name, contribution amount, and transaction date.

3. Retain that receipt as proof of your reward eligibility.

4. When you are ready to reserve a HOUSE OF BOUVS puppy for 2027 or 2028, contact us and present your receipt.

5. Once verified, your eligible reward discount will be applied to the puppy's purchase price under the terms below.

IMPORTANT: Your donation receipt is your reward ticket. Please safeguard it as you would any other document of monetary value.

🏆 FOUR LEVELS OF CONTRIBUTOR REWARDS

The following chart illustrates the proposed rewards using our standard companion puppy purchase price of $3,750.

Understanding the chart:

• Qualifying Contribution: The amount contributed to the Ukraine Bouvier evacuation and preservation campaign.

• Puppy Discount: The percentage deducted from the eligible puppy's purchase price.

• HOUSE OF BOUVS Discount Cost: The amount of purchase revenue HOUSE OF BOUVS forgoes by honoring the reward.

• Net Puppy Price: The remaining puppy purchase price after the reward discount, before any additional services or charges.

The donation itself is separate from the puppy purchase price and is not credited toward the purchase beyond the stated reward. Your reward does not constitute a reservation or a deposit.

The chart uses a $3,750 puppy price for illustration. Actual discounts will be calculated using the eligible puppy's applicable purchase price at the time of purchase.

We believe the future of the Bouvier des Flandres depends upon preserving the breed's versatility without compromising temperament, soundness, or responsible placement.

We Breed to Reservations, Not for Inventory to Sell

HOUSE OF BOUVS does not operate as a high-volume puppy producer.

We plan our breeding program around anticipated reservations, responsible genetic selection, and the suitability of each pairing.

Our goal is not simply to produce puppies.

Our goal is to produce the right Bouvier for the right home.

We carefully consider temperament, aptitude, working drive, confidence, and behavioral stability when evaluating puppies for their future families.

A puppy intended for professional working responsibilities may have very different characteristics from one best suited to a quiet family home.

Our responsibility is to recognize those differences and make thoughtful placement decisions.

⏳ RESERVATIONS AND WAITING PERIODS

Our typical waiting period is approximately 7–9 months.

Actual waiting times may be shorter or longer depending upon:

• Available and planned litters.

• The sex, temperament, and characteristics requested.

• The suitability of a particular litter for your household.

• Successful breeding, pregnancy, and litter size.

• Existing reservations and placement priorities.

A contributor reward does not guarantee immediate puppy availability or placement within a particular litter.

We will never compromise our breeding standards or place an unsuitable puppy simply to fulfill a reward.

Your reward recognizes your contribution. It does not replace our established reservation process.

📜 CONTRIBUTOR REWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Proof of Contribution

The original FundRazr donation receipt, bearing the contributor's name, donation amount, and transaction information, serves as the official reward ticket.

HOUSE OF BOUVS reserves the right to verify all contributions against available campaign transaction records before applying a discount.

2. Lost or Missing Receipts

Contributors are responsible for retaining their donation receipts.

If a receipt is lost, contributors may request a replacement from the payment processor or fundraising platform.

HOUSE OF BOUVS may also attempt to verify a contribution through available transaction records.

However, if eligibility cannot be reasonably verified, HOUSE OF BOUVS may decline the reward.

A lost receipt does not automatically cancel an otherwise verifiable reward.

3. Reward Validity

Rewards apply only to qualifying puppy purchases completed during calendar years 2027 and 2028 , subject to puppy availability and the terms of the program. Puppies must be purchased for the contributor, not eligible for resale or gift placement. Only contributors within the continental United States are eligible for these rewards due to transportation and export restrictions.

Rewards expire December 31, 2028, unless HOUSE OF BOUVS provides a written extension.

4. Reservation and Placement Requirements

Participation does not guarantee acceptance into our breeding reservation program.

All prospective puppy homes remain subject to HOUSE OF BOUVS placement standards, reservation requirements, and applicable purchase agreements.

Reward holders do not receive automatic priority over existing reservations.

5. Excluded Expenses

Discounts apply only to the eligible puppy's purchase price.

They do not apply to transportation, delivery, professional training, ear cropping, veterinary services beyond those included in the standard puppy purchase, or other optional services.

6. One-Time Reward

Each verified reward ticket may be redeemed only once toward one eligible puppy purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing, rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

7. Nontransferability

Rewards are issued to the contributor identified on the original donation receipt.

Rewards may not be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person without prior written authorization from HOUSE OF BOUVS.

8. No Cash Redemption

Rewards have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for refunds, cash payments, or services.

The discount applies only upon completion of an eligible puppy purchase.

9. Contribution Refunds

Contributions are separate from puppy reservation deposits.

Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks of qualifying contributions may invalidate the associated reward.

Any refund rights are governed by applicable law and the fundraising platform's terms.

10. Breeding and Availability

Breeding plans, anticipated litter dates, and expected puppy characteristics are estimates rather than guarantees.

HOUSE OF BOUVS cannot guarantee a particular litter, coat color, sex, temperament profile, or delivery date.

11. Program Administration

HOUSE OF BOUVS reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or misuse of reward tickets.

Any changes to the program will be administered in accordance with applicable law and will not arbitrarily eliminate previously earned, valid rewards.

12. Tax Considerations

Contributions made through this campaign are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.

HOUSE OF BOUVS is a privately operated business, not a tax-exempt charitable organization.

Contributors should consult their tax advisers regarding the treatment of any contribution or associated purchase discount.
