The Need is Real
Millions in the UK experience pain, loneliness, and disability, making it difficult to access traditional gyms. We understand the barriers—from physical challenges and social anxiety to concerns about injury and cost. That's why we've created a safe and supportive community where everyone is welcome.
Our Unique Approach
We are committed to making exercise and community accessible to all. Our classes are pay-as-you-go, so you're only charged for the classes you attend. We also offer wraparound support and a friendly ear for those who need it between sessions. As a social enterprise, we reinvest at least 50% of our profits to keep class prices affordable and continue providing essential care.

The benefits of MOVEability extend far beyond fitness. Our classes improve both physical and mental well-being, reducing pressure on local health services and aiding post-operative recovery. Friendships blossom, and people come out of their shells, proving that our classes are a "social gathering with purpose."
