In early 2024, the generosity of donors turned a dream into reality for a blessed community in Senegal, providing them with a masjid, a water well, and an elementary school for Quranic and basic education. This Ramadan 2025, we have the opportunity to make another dream come true—this time for a community in urgent need in Brikama Jamisa, The Gambia.

Brikama Jamisa is a densely populated and strategically located area, yet it remains underserved in critical areas. To uplift this community, we are launching a transformative project that will begin with:

Stage 1:
✅ A 250 sqm masjid to serve as a place of worship, learning, and community gathering.
✅ A solar-powered water well providing clean, reliable water to over 3,000 people who currently struggle with water scarcity.

Providing a Place of Worship & Learning
A local masjid is more than just a prayer space—it’s a center for spiritual growth, Quranic education, and vital community activities. Right now, the absence of a masjid deprives residents of these essential services.

Ensuring Clean & Sustainable Water Access
Frequent interruptions in the government water supply leave families struggling to access clean water. Women and children are often forced to walk long distances to fetch water, affecting their health and daily lives. A solar-powered water well will provide a sustainable, uninterrupted water source for thousands.
