From Family and Friends
In loving memory of Dr. Yousef Suleiman , his family and friends are coming together to establish a masjid and water well in Africa as an ongoing charity, Sadaqah Jariyah , in his name.
This project will not only honor his memory, but will also support a community in need by providing a place for salah, Qur’an education, community gatherings, and access to clean and safe water.
Allah ﷻ says:
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of
Allah is like a seed [of grain] that grows seven spikes; in every
spike is a hundred grains.”
Surah Al-Baqarah 2:261
We pray that every salah performed in the masjid, every adhan called, every ayah of Qur’an recited or taught, and every drop of water used from the well becomes a continuous source of reward for Dr. Yousef Suleiman.
May Allah ﷻ forgive him, have mercy upon him, illuminate his grave, raise his rank in Jannah, and place the reward of this Sadaqah Jariyah heavily upon his scale of good deeds.
May Allah also reward every family member, friend, and donor who contributes, and make this project a source of lasting benefit for communities in need across Africa.
