We would like to introduce our newest rescue, her name is Hope... Christopher Reeve said, “Once you choose hope, anything's possible.” Today we chose Hope. And we believe anything is possible for her now.
Hope comes to us from Wilton Animal Control in Wilton, CT. Due to recent events involving another dog in that very same town, we felt it was important to take this little soul into our care, where she will be given every opportunity to shine. We are glad to have been informed about Hope and are thankful animal control allowed Bully Breed Rescue to come and get her.
Unbelievably, little Hope was found on the side of a busy road along with another dog who was hit by a car. No one came looking for her and it is believed she was dumped. Truly a “pocket pittie” she weighs just 37 lbs and is estimated to be around a year old – yes, she is full grown. Now that she is with BBR, she will have the best medical care, training and all the love her heart can hold. And when she’s ready, she will have a great home.

She will be spayed, vaccinated, heartworm/lyme tested, dewormed, fecal tested, microchipped and have a dental cleaning.
Hope is a very important word to those of us who love Pit Bulls. And this is how we came up with her name. With your support, we can keep Hope alive for the breed we love; by saving more dogs like Hope.
