The Mevagissey Shanty Festival is back for 2021, a buzzing event with a large following. Expect a weekend of shanties, folk and laughter!
After the huge success of the first event in 2019, and an unexpected break in 2020, we are back with lots of options for you to join in to help. You will find performances not only in Mevagissey but also in surrounding villages. We have organised a fundraising event on Saturday 14th August at the Mevagissey Activity Centre and one of the perks for supporting this event is exclusive tickets to this event. Please see the list of perks as a reward for supporting us with your donations.
The aim is to have fun whilst fundraising for a range of local community organisations and charities, all performers will be appearing free of charge and venues are free to enter. We hope you will come along in October and have a fabulous time. Donations can be made via the orange contribute button, you may wish to purchase a £20 perk and received a free reusable festival beer glass or you may donate in our collecting buckets during the festival weekend.

Mevagissey Harbour Jetty Stage
Mevagissey Activity Centre will host a family area during the day with children's activities and crafts.
Procession from the centre of Mevagissey to the Activity Centre at 9pm.
Sunday 17th October 2021:
Family focused performances on The Jetty in Mevagissey 11am -2pm.
