Mevagissey Shanty Festival
The first Mevagissey Shanty Festival was held in October 2019 and was a huge success, after a break in 2020 due to restrictions we are back on 15th - 17th October 2021. This will be a weekend of singing and laughter with more than thirty groups performing at 15 venues in and around Mevagissey.
The aim is to have fun whilst fundraising for a range of local community organisations and charities, all performers will be appearing free of charge and venues are free to enter. We hope you will come along in October and have a fabulous time. Donations can be made via the orange contribute button, you may wish to purchase a £20 perk and received a free reusable festival beer glass or you may donate in our collecting buckets during the festival weekend.

Friday Evening 15th October 2021 7pm till close:
Saturday 16th October 11am till close (all venues in Mevagissey/Portmellon):
Mevagissey Harbour Jetty Stage
Mevagissey Activity Centre will host a family area during the day with children's activities and crafts.
Procession from the centre of Mevagissey to the Activity Centre at 9pm.
Sunday 17th October 2021:
Family focused performances on The Jetty in Mevagissey 11am -2pm.
