Greetings in the Lord my sisters and brothers,
As you all may know and understand that children always have needs.
Shoes wear out, pants wear out and they outgrow their learning
programs as they complete their learner booklets. The teachers need
new whiteboards to teach the kids on, the teacher chairs need
replacing and the carpets the kids sit on over the dirt are worn
out.
I have attached photos to show our needs. I have always
told Yashir to never beg only show the good work we are doing and show
our needs and God will put it into the hearts of His children to give
what he puts in their hearts.
This is one way how believers
store up treasure in heaven. As the Lord tells us “Give and it will be
given unto you, good measure pressed down, shaken together…. When the
Lord blesses, no man can take it away. When we show compassion, the
Lord shows compassion on us in our time of need.
Many years ago, I had trouble giving a portion of my income to the
Lord. I worked so hard for the very little I had and then to give away
a portion of it? I could barely live on what I was getting. It was
such a struggle.
In the years since I have learned many things
about giving. When we give away the 10% to Him he makes the 90%
remaining that we have turn into 150%. Somehow it goes against normal
math that you can give away yet gain even more? It's like the farmer
who takes a portion of his seed and plants it into the ground where it
will yield even up to 100 times more than what was planted.
Earthly investors are always looking to put their money into the best
stocks to get a great return on their investment. Well investing in
the Lords kingdom is beyond all.
Do notstore upfor yourselvestreasuresonearth,wheremothandrustdestroy,andwherethievesbreak inandsteal.But store up for yourselves treasures
in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do
not break in and steal.…
I thank all of you who have been a blessing to this work
already and the over 400 children who have been helped and blessed by
your generosity and kindness. We so value your love and kindness.
Please pray and ask the Lord what you should do and then do
what He puts in your heart no matter how strange His request to you
may be. God is a God of faith and without it, it's impossible to be
well-pleasing to Him. As my Pastor used to tell us, “Take a chance it
might be God.”
Always remember doing the will of God when He gives you
instruction is the bullseye we are to always seek. That's faith.
