We had never seen matting like Jessie's, this poor soul was weighted
down with feces laden clumps of fur! We can't imagine the horrible
life she has led. The neglect is heartbreaking....we look forward to
rehabilitating her but that is going to take time, and medical care.
In addition to the obvious, Jessie is heartworm positive and will
require costly treatment and after care in residence at St. Francis
Farm. It will take a long time for Jessie to come through the other
side of the ordeal she has been made to suffer at the hands of the
humans who betrayed and dumped her at animal control. In order to
rehabilitate this sweet baby and care for her like she deserves we
need you, sponsors who can donate a small amount or gift this sweet
pup the items needed to improve Jessie's health and wellbeing. We are
ready to provide for her care until and if she becomes ready for
adoption. For now we need you to help us right the wrongs Jessie has
