Originally the #JusticeForAlberta campaign was geared towards costs for a Gross Negligence lawsuit against the UCP Government.

However our #SpeakTruthToPower stance has us stuck in an ongoing investigation from Elections Alberta which has directly negatively affected our business and our personal well being.
All signs point to requiring a lawyer, unfortunately since Covid-19 and family health issues, our financial circumstances have us unable to afford legal representation.
All funds raised here along with the net proceeds from #JusticeForAlberta items available at BallerGear.ca and PeopleJustice.ca will be held in our Company GameChangers Canada's Business Savings Account for the pending legal fees and services.
All donors will receive regular updates and information about Justice for Alberta and the ongoing legal battle against Elections Alberta and the Government of Alberta.
ORIGINAL CAMPAIGN
The Province of Alberta is on life support, figuratively and literally with the pending collapse of the AHS public health system.
The lack of any kind of purposeful response or the blatant disrespectful and disregard for the experts in the medical and science community or lack of any kind of purposeful response to Covid-19 in Alberta from Premier Jason Kenney, Minister of Health Jason Copping, former Health Minister Tyler Shandro, and Chief Medical Officer of Health Deena Hinshaw are directly responsible to the thousands of people dead and tens of thousands more currently sick with or having possible long term affects from contracting Covid-19.
These individuals along with any member of the UCP Caucus need to be held accountable for their actions or the Gross Negligence Causing Harm to the 294 citizens of Alberta who have lost their lives and the countless others becoming sick due to Covid-19 in Alberta since the decision of lifting all restrictions for the #BestSummerEver
All funds raised from this and the net proceeds from select People Justice items in the ADC collection from BallerGear.ca and peopleJustice.ca will be held in our Company GameChangers Canada's Business Savings Account for the legal fees and services for a class action suit against Jason Kenney, Jason Copping, Tyler Shandro, Deena Hinshaw, Adriana LaGrange and others TBD in violation to the Contributory Negligence Act of Alberta.
