Hope Haven is a special place where individuals with intellectual, physical or emotional challenges can explore their potential in an environment that encourages them to try new experiences while enjoying the learning process. We connect horses and people with challenges to improve physical, emotional and cognitive health in a positive and safe learning environment.

Our equine friends often come to us nearing the end of their riding careers and when that time approaches, we in the past have had to re-home them. Just as it is difficult for us to adapt to change as we get up in years, it is equally difficult for our retired horse family. With your support, we would not have to re-home our retirees. Hope Haven has 142 acres of beautiful farmland that our equine seniors could spend their final years grazing on with people who love and support them. With your contribution we will build a fund for our retirees to support their, housing, feed, vet and farrier cost and allow them to live their final years at home under the apple trees.
