Giving back what we O.W.E., Outreach, Worship and Education is so much more than a slogan. It is the heartbeat of who we are.
Set the Captives Free Outreach Center in conjunction with Liberty Community Development Corp is creating a community center that will holistically increase the quality of life for the citizens of Baltimore. The O.W.E. Centerwill be located in Woodlawn at the former Seoul Plaza. It will house weekly worship as well as community outreach and educational programs.
What can you expect from the O.W.E. Center? You can look forward to a youth center that will motivate, educate and inspire our next generation, mentoring programs, an expansion of the LCDC food pantry, workforce & career development, entrepreneurship training, wellness education and much more. It is time for us to repair and strengthen our village and we have answered the call to rebuild!
Through our initiatives and efforts, it is our goal to see:

- Decreased crime rates
- Decrease in STI, HIV & AIDS
- Increase in employment and entrepreneurship
- Stronger and healthier families
- Healthy and fit adults and children
