Early September I will be cycling with the ‘Bike4Life Team’ from Boudry in Switzerland to Nice in France. Although I cycle in my day-to-day life, I have never undertaken a road trip like this, and this will be a big challenge for me.

The plan is as follows:  DAY 1 – Boudry – Annecy, France – Distance 112.3 km, Elevation Gain 1,395 m

DAY 2 – Annecy, France - Pierrelatte, France; Distance 110.1 km, Elevation Gain 1,974 m

DAY 3 – Pierrelatte, France – Nîmes, France; Distance 107.3 km, Elevation Gain 1,409 m

I am riding for all the people close to me that have been through cancer, and in memory of those that sadly passed away because of it; young and old. We (Bike4Life team) are riding in support of the CanSearCH Foundation. This Foundation supports children with cancer and finances research projects as part of the Child and Adolescent Onco-Hematology Unit of the Pediatric Department of the Geneva University Hospital.
