Well of Hope Counseling and Consulting is a veteran-owned small business founded by Kristina, a wife, mother of three, former U.S. Navy service member, and passionate mental health advocate. After her military service, Kristina built a broad career that included time in corporate America and earned her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University. Her practice is defined by both her dedication to service and her own lived experiences overcoming adversity.

Kristina is a coach, mentor, counselor, and two-time author who specializes in supporting Black women, children, youth, and families.
