We are the custodians of the amazon rainforest.  Every time a hectare of land falls into the hands of extractive economy, indigenous communities together with the rest of humanity loose delicate ecosystems and loose ancestral knowledge which, is essential for the survival of the planet as we know it. 

We exercise our right to care for the health of our communities true to our knowledge and our ancestral medical traditions. Our efforts are backed by Convention 169 of the International Labour Organization, by the Declaration of the United Nations on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples of 2007 and by our Law of Origin and the principle of Fundamental Right.
