Uncle Ay-Jay's began as a grassroots taco truck in Sydney's Inner West, built and run by two chefs with a love of big flavours and bringing people together. After four years on the road, we're stepping into our next chapter, a two-storey bar and restaurant in the Inner West, where we'll bring the spirit of the truck into new dishes, experiments, and good drinks. We want everyone, from locals grabbing a feed and a pint, to groups here for cocktails and creative plates, to feel at home. This crowd funder is about refitting the space, making it an inviting and comfy venue, and turning it into Uncle Ay-Jay's home.
