The Wild Swim Project provides cold water swimming sessions to adults and young people in Surrey with the aim of improving their mental health. We work closely with the NHS, CYPS and charities to provide sessions to meet individual needs. The impact is often life changing. We are the only people in the UK using cold water dipping to support young people in this way.
