The Society to Preserve and Encourage Radio Drama, Variety, and Comedy (SPERDVAC) is excited to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with a three-day convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2025. We're inviting patrons and enthusiasts to join us in this unique event that celebrates the rich history and vibrant future of the Audio Arts.

For five decades, SPERDVAC has been dedicated to preserving the golden age of radio and supporting new audio theater. Our mission is to keep the magic of radio dramas, comedies, and variety shows alive through education, live recreations, and community events. We archive historical broadcasts and produce live recreations, fostering an appreciation for this unique art form. Additionally, we collect, store, and restore original recordings and scripts of classic radio, ensuring our irreplaceable heritage is preserved for future generations.
