I am going on 14 years since I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Body Brain Train has been a life saver in so many ways. Physically, mentally and socially. No where in Simi Valley can I go and feel like I’m with family. We support one another, we inspire one another, we are there for one another. Once a month we have a support group where we play cognitive games and share what we’ve heard or learned is up & coming. 
I am not Parkinson’s, I’m Scott with Parkinson’s.
