Sarah’s career in the tech sector spans twenty-two years, where she has concentrated on leading projects that blend people, process and technology, to support organizational change and business process improvements.

As a leadership coach, through her one-on-one coaching and workshops, she helps people to reach their full potential by using a strengths-based approach to develop effective leaders, thereby improving employee relationships and engagement.

Sarah is passionate about yoga and using education to change the world. As a published author and speaker, she dedicates her time outside of work to various philanthropic initiatives. She’s a proud team member of Helping Hands for India - a registered charity in Canada and India dedicated to providing opportunities to those who are less fortunate to improve their lives. The organization has built a school in a rural area in northern India and are providing free education to 300 students
