Our Mission is simple: No one living with POTS/ Dysautonomia, chronic Illness should have to feel alone. 

Living with POTS can change your entire life in ways that others will never see. The exhaustion, Dizziness, racing heart, brain fog, Isolation, canceled plans and uncertainty can be incredibly difficult and sometimes the hardest part is feeling like nobody truly  understands.

Were creating  a community where people with POTS/Dysautonomia, Chronic Illness,  can come together share their experiences find understanding and support one another through both the difficult days, and the little victories.  a place where you can be honest about how your feeling without having to explain or apologize.

Our goal is to build more than just a support group. We want to to create a safe, compassionate community where people feel heard, connected and understood. We also hope to raise awareness about POTS/Dysautonomia, Chronic Illness and help others better understand what life is with this often-invisible condition can really be like.    

This project is close to our hearts because we know how much it can mean to have someone say, " I understand. You're not alone".
