OVED for Human Rights is a group of retired people who originally got together to develop a video about Raoul Wallenberg. George Preger, himself a Holocaust survivor, from Budapest is the driving force behind our efforts. After completing the Wallenberg video we moved on to other survivor stories that all included unlikely or just simple citizen Heroes.  This made us realize that there are stories to be told about human rights with common heroes who chose to help others strictly from a sense of decency and understanding of right and wrong. Our goal is to bring more of these stories to people and hopefully foster interest and skills for other film makers to share in their ideas and skills.

To do that we need your help so we might enable others to bring ideas to life. In the beginning we are seeking a goal of $10K by August and in the meantime we will continue to offer videos that tell some of the stories that mean so much to many.
