Friends, welcome to Ògo Tàwa Inc., a non-profit organization that utilizes the power of art to create social change, leave a lasting impact on Canada’s cultural heritage, and set an example for the rest of the world.

We seek to provide everyone with the opportunity to see and celebrate the important contributions of Black history to all Canadians. Despite centuries of systemic oppression, Black communities have shown profound resilience and determination – a beacon of hope and inspiration for all. That's why we're dedicated to preserving and commemorating the achievements of Black leaders through our Black Heroes Statue Collection Project.

Our project seeks to commemorate the outstanding achievements of Black leaders whose contributions have advanced Canadian society. The statue collection will feature life-sized bronze sculptures created by Black Canadian artists, honouring the legacies of trailblazers who have made a significant impact on society. With your contribution, you can create a 1000-year legacy that will transcend your lifetime, positively impacting 100 generations to come.
