In February 2026, we initiated our low-cost spay and neuter program, providing every resident of Newton County the opportunity to have their pets spayed or neutered, along with a rabies vaccination. We have expanded to serve the state of Georgia. We recognize that adoption alone cannot resolve the pet overpopulation issue; however, by spaying and neutering animals, we can effectively address and prevent future litters. Together, we can make a difference!
