Mental Rescue: Coaching That Heals Where It Hurts

What if care met people where they are — especially when the world doesn’t? Mental Rescue is a trauma-informed coaching platform created for those who fall through the cracks. We blend culturally responsive guidance with narrative-based tools to support identity, healing, and hope.

We’re launching a pilot program across Oklahoma to deliver free, story-driven crisis coaching to those who need it most — from BIPOC youth to rural communities living without consistent access to care.

  • Build digital tools for resilience, not just treatment
