Being the C2C4C rider representing Colleagues at ECC is an incredible honour and a huge responsibility.

I hope I do all of you proud — and obviously the patients we serve are at the forefront.

When the challenge feels tough, I remind myself why I signed up:

Both my parents and both of my wife’s parents have faced, or are still facing, their own battles with cancer.

It brings home just how present and prevalent this disease is.

Riding is my way of standing with them, for them, and for every family living with cancer.

It’s also a deeply personal step in continuing my own health and fitness journey — pushing myself for a cause that truly matters.
