Kate Atwood is an author, founder, and community leader. She is best known as the Founder of Kate’s Club, a community dedicated to supporting children, families, and young adults navigating life after the loss of a loved one. At 22, Kate founded Kate's Club to provide a safe space where grieving children could connect and grow through their grief. Inspired by her own experience of losing her mother at the age of 12, Kate understands the importance of support and belonging for young people facing such challenges. These themes of resilience and compassion are central to her writing, including her debut children's book, The Adventures of Kate Bird.
