The time I spend on the bike represents something very valuable: for me it symbolizes the amount of extra lifetime I wish for those who are suffering from the disease – for everyone affected by cancer I wish more time: more shared moments with their families, more laughter with friends, more life despite illness. Every kilometer, every minute on the bike, symbolizes this hope. I know I cannot cure the disease – but I can help to spread hope and compassion. That’s why I am cycling in this event: for all those who are fighting, for all those who need time, and for the hope that together we can make a difference.
