Instep Ministries International was formed to support, train, encourage and provide resources to pastors and church leaders internationally. Our primary role is to provide mentoring and leadership development for pastors and the local church leadership teams. We have appointed Regional representatives who function as mentors to pastors in their respective nations. Darryl and Joyce Henson are the co-founders and president of the organization. They live most of the year in the mission home in Europe and coordinate the ministry from there. When people ask, "Who cares for pastors?", we answer, "Instep Ministries does."
