independents, while 33% identify as Democrats and 29% identify as
Republicans
- In 2022, a poll showed that over 60% of voters consider themselves as Independents, regardless of registered party affiliation
- Independents in the U.S. tend to vote for the candidate they find to be the lesser of two evils, or not vote at all
- The Independence Party will quickly establish itself as the party of the people by pushing legislation and voting for Kitchen Table Issues
