Helping Hands (Pwani) is a Non Governmental Organization based in Mombasa, Kenya. The Organization was established in March, 2020 by Founders, Mr. Kareem Mohamed and Mr. Habib Hakem. 

The Organization mainly works with the less fortunate in the society targeting Children's Homes and Needy Households assisting them with Food Aid, Construction Aid, Health and Education Aid.

The Organisations Mission is " To Change Lives and Uplift the People and Children of our Society" and it envisions to develop this agenda by being accountable, transparent and loyal to its cause.

In April 2020, the Helping Hands Organisation partnered with Ms. Tariqa Ismail’s Old town Sanitary pad Project, called The Red Dot Initiative which has since been the Organisations Official Sanitary Pad Campaign and Menstrual Hygiene Management Platform now Known as “The Red Dot Initiative: A Helping Hands Sanitary pad Campaign.” This Sanitary pad campaign is managed by the organisations Health, Hygiene and Sanitation Department.

This campaign is aiming to raise money for The Femme Self Care Hampers which are period kits meant for vulnerable pubescent girls in Mombasa County and its Environs.

The Red Dot Initiative Sanitary Pad Campaign Team consists of :

3. Ms. Suad Rodrigues - Campaign Coordinator  

4. Ms. Nouf Mohamed- Campaign programs officer

5. Ms. Aisha - Campaign Programs Officer

6. Ms. Nafisa Noordin - Campaign Programs Officer

Every contribution will enable Our Initiative to deliver the Holiday Spirit to teenage girls in need this December.
