Healing Her Way Wellness was created from both personal experience and a genuine desire to help women who often suffer silently and feel emotionally isolated during the healing process after narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships.

As a survivor of narcissistic abuse myself, I understand how important safe support systems, emotional validation, connection, and wellness-focused healing can be. My goal is to create a compassionate community where women feel understood, empowered, and hopeful while rebuilding confidence and emotional strength.

Receiving funding would help transform this vision into a supportive and impactful wellness community that serves women in meaningful and lasting ways.
