Four Elements Fitness is a martial arts gym in downtown Oakland, CA. We are open to all students, with a special emphasis on women, LGBTQ+ people, and kids. Our parent company is Tuff Love Fitness, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit providing free and low-cost self-defense, martial arts and fitness training to marginalized communities.
