Matter to decompress, live within ourselves.  Some things I love are traveling and learning about different cultures and countries, volunteering when I can, community service or charity work, sports such as kayaking, boating, long challenging hikes, and general exercise. I love the creative arts, including writing and reading, music, painting and crafts. I love restoring and painting furniture,  Cooking, and also finding some time to garden. I have written a book about to be published and represent several authors as a publisher. I am the owner of a long-standing record label and music publishing library that is globally distributed and gets licensed to film and tv.  www.cuehits.com and www.acmrecords.com I am a mother of two beautiful grown girls both professionals and my husband and I are very close to them and to each other. 

I am a loving sister and friend to many.  I love to teach people, especially younger people to become more self-sufficient and to give back to the world in a positive way. Things are objects of distraction and we all have too much stuff. My motto these days is to live simply and protect your spirit, soul, and integrity. Stay clear/sharp, hold on to compassion and be true to your heart. I consider myself successful not in monetary ways but in life's school of hard knocks. The lessons I have learned are worth more than all the money in the world. I am hardworking and love life. I try living to the fullest and am amazed by the wonder and beauty that surrounds me... I make no false promises and try to keep all commitments. I make time and room to smell the beautiful flowers and wonder at the grace they share with those who notice...live fast full of passion, in a blink, it's OVER. Look up to the big blue beautiful sky long and hard and know that one day we shall all meet our maker..and if we can help even 1 human for REAL we have achieved a positive change in our lives and the lives in those we help.
