My name is Dr.  Kita  S. Moss-Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Tuskegee Alabama and I am in the process of launching a transitional/Reentry program called S.T.O.P. (Stop, Think, Observe, Plan) and the primary goal and strategic purpose of this program is to be that liaison between the juvenile court system and juvenile detention centers providing alternative methods and teachings on accountability, life skills, anger management, intense behavior modification and etc. before juvenile offenders are fully released back into their normal environmental residences that they came from prior to their entrance in the juvenile system.
