Some people might say we have enough musical instruments in this little apartment, but I think that must be wrong, because we clearly don't have a koto in here, or anything remotely like one, and I'd like to have one to play.

I've been invited to participate in various events in Chicago organized by the Poor People's Army, the Yippies, and other wonderful folks during the Democratic National Convention next month. Expensive plane tickets are not in the protest budget, however.

The album project in February is already funded one way or another, but Leila and I still need to get to France and back, and eat, and the state of Oregon just decided our household makes too much money for food assistance anymore (but it's not true).

On Sunday Kamala and I will be doing a concert at the Ild i Gilden festival in Roskilde, Denmark. A local company is offering to professionally film sets at the festival, with multiple cameras and soundboard recording, but we need to pay for that if so.
