Why is it so hard to talk about mental health in the church?

 

Have you heard of Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries? They are helping churches offer better support for parishioners and leaders affected by mental health challenges. They work with both Protestant and Catholic Churches. 

 

I will be dancing daily from June 12-18 as part of their Move for Mental Health fundraiser. Would you sponsor me? Big or small, all donations are being matched by an anonymous donor.
