🌱 For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the world of retreats—cooking, nourishing, holding space, and reminding people how sacred food really is. Through my project Sacred Food, I’ve helped others reconnect with the Earth through what they eat: honouring the land, respecting the produce, upcycling, reusing, giving everything a second life. Nothing is wasted when it’s met with reverence.

Through bodywork and yoga, I use the body as a portal to consciousness—a sacred gateway to remembering. I don’t just teach; I listen, sense, feel, and guide.
